Privacy Policy

How information supports the service, and the choices that stay with you.

Draft prepared September 8, 2026 · Not effective for acceptance

1. Scope and responsible operator

This is a review draft for the Tellemi website and proposed AI marketing service. It covers information supplied by users, information retrieved from professional and property sources, and information processed to create, review, and publish marketing content.

The final notice must identify the responsible legal operator and its business contact details. This draft does not select between previously discussed Bullhorn or Uppfront entity arrangements. The review contact supplied in the legal handoff is guerrieo@gmail.com.

2. Information involved

  • Account and professional details: name, company email, license details, brokerage, market area, and account settings.
  • Brand information: logos, brand preferences, voice preferences, and other assets you choose to provide.
  • Requests and content: instructions, relevant email text, property facts, drafts, visuals, revisions, approvals, and publishing choices.
  • Professional and property sources: available license verification, public professional profiles, brokerage pages, county parcel records, property data, and address resolution results. Source records may contain information about people who do not use Tellemi, including property owners.
  • Connected service information: social account identifiers, authorization tokens or permissions, publishing status, and payment or subscription status where those integrations are enabled.
  • Technical and service records: request times, device or browser information, network information such as IP addresses, errors, security events, and records of service usage and approvals.

Provide only information needed for the post. Do not forward private client correspondence, financial details, identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

3. How information is used

Information is used to set up and maintain accounts, associate requests with the correct user and brand, retrieve relevant facts, prepare drafts and visuals, screen language, deliver review links, record approvals, and publish authorized content to connected accounts.

It may also be used to administer subscriptions, provide support, investigate errors and abuse, secure the service, meet legal obligations, and maintain appropriate business records.

AI processing is used to prepare content. The human user makes the final publication decision. Professional profile enrichment and source information must be reviewed by the user rather than treated as an automatic endorsement of the person or property.

4. Service providers and destinations

The supplied product brief identifies these providers or source categories. Confirm the live provider list, enabled features, contractual terms, and access before adopting this notice.

Provider or categoryDescribed role
AnthropicAI copy generation from instructions, brand context, and supplied facts.
fal.aiImage-generation services for applicable creative formats.
SupabaseDatabase and storage, described as hosted in the United States.
VercelHosting of the application described in the build brief.
ResendDelivery of approval and service emails.
RentCast, public county records, Census, and professional sourcesProperty, address, and professional information.
MapboxMaps where used in a creative.
bundle.social and connected social platformsPublishing approved content to Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
Stripe, when enabledSubscription payment processing.

Providers process information under their own applicable terms and the operator’s arrangements with them. Do not assume that every provider has the same retention, training, or processing-location policy. Those settings and contracts must be verified before the final notice makes promises about them.

Approved posts become visible according to the social account and platform settings you choose. Public content may be copied, indexed, or retained by others beyond Tellemi’s control. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights and the security of the service.

5. This website, cookies, and examples

The promotional site contains no advertising pixels, nonessential analytics scripts, or lead-capture form. The interactive example runs in your browser and does not send an email, submit a request to the product, publish a post, or store a marketing lead.

Hosting, access control, and security services may process technical information and use necessary cookies or similar mechanisms. Opening the separately hosted application or a social platform is governed by the practices of that destination.

Use of the “Copy this example” control copies text to your device’s clipboard only when selected. Email links open your email application; you decide whether to send anything.

The final policy must separately confirm whether the live application uses analytics, advertising features, or legally defined sale or sharing of personal information and provide any required choices. This draft makes no unverified “never sold” or “never used for training” promise.

6. Retention and deletion

The app brief proposes a 30-day retention period for prompts and responses. This is a proposed policy requiring confirmation of the deletion job and provider behavior. It must not be treated as an enforced guarantee until verified.

The final retention schedule must distinguish account and brand information, content drafts, published assets, request logs, approval records, billing records, and backups. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, or dispute purposes after an account closes.

Deleting content from Tellemi may not delete copies already published to social platforms, downloaded by a user, indexed publicly, or held in provider backups. Revoking a connection prevents future authorized access subject to the platform’s controls; it does not necessarily remove existing public posts.

7. Your choices and requests

You can correct information you supply and should flag inaccurate profile or property information before approving content. Review available controls for your account, brand preferences, connected services, and content.

To ask about access, correction, deletion, or a concern about information relating to you, contact guerrieo@gmail.com, the address supplied for review. The final operator must confirm the working request channel, identity-verification process, applicable rights, response timelines, and any required appeal mechanism.

Available privacy rights depend on the law that applies to you and the service. This draft does not imply that every regional privacy statute applies to this business or limit any right that does apply.

8. Security, location, and children

The service should use appropriate administrative and technical safeguards, limit access, and protect connected-account credentials. No service can promise absolute security. The final notice should reflect controls actually in place and the incident-response process.

The supplied brief describes the application database as located in the United States. Other providers may process or access information in additional locations under their arrangements. A US database location alone does not establish that all processing remains in the United States.

Tellemi is intended for adult professionals and is not directed to children. Do not submit information about children. Contact the operator if you believe such information has been provided.

9. Future features and policy updates

SMS intake and a native mobile application are coming soon. If introduced, the service must explain their additional information, device permissions, communication choices, and provider arrangements before collecting new categories of data. This draft does not establish SMS consent.

The final policy should carry an effective date and explain how material changes will be communicated. Review this draft together with the Terms of Service draft and verify it against the live service before publication as an effective notice.
